“All flights arranged by Perro Air, LLC are operated by direct air carriers certified under Part 135 (14 CFR Part 135), Part 121 (14 CFR Part 121), or Part 129 (14 CFR Part 129) of the Federal Aviation Regulations, and as applicable, the aviation regulations of foreign countries. The air carrier operating a flight maintains full operational control of that flight at all times and is responsible for meeting all applicable safety standards of the Federal Aviation Administration and any applicable foreign aviation authority. As provided in Part 295 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR Part 295), Perro Air, LLC is an air charter broker, acting as an indirect air carrier or bona fide agent in providing indirect air transportation of passengers on single entity charters aboard large and small aircraft.”
