We are not an airline, air carrier, or pet transport company, and we do not operate any aircraft. Instead, we serve as travel advisors and brokers – connecting a global network of pet owners with the most cost-effective shared or private flight solutions by leveraging access to a worldwide fleet of private jets.

Shared & Private Flight Pricing Information
Private jet travel is significantly more expensive than commercial flights. However, we work hard to keep costs down – we don’t advertise, and there’s no champagne or caviar onboard. Instead, we focus on affordability and consistency by averaging flight costs over recent months. This helps ensure that travelers flying during slower periods are not penalized with higher rates.
Final pricing depends on the number and size of pets traveling with each passenger. While we do our best to minimize costs, the typical starting price to join a shared flight group is $7,200+ per person.

Shared flights generally depart from Fort Lauderdale or Houston, as their close proximity to destinations in the south greatly reduces travel expenses. When shared flights aren’t feasible, we will secure the most competitive pricing for private charters tailored to your needs.
Who we are
Perro Air was founded in the summer of 2023, born from a deeply personal mission to find the least traumatic way to transport the dogs we rescued from Costa Rica to the United States.
When we were confronted with the distressing option of placing our beloved zaguates (street dogs) in cargo, we realized we weren’t alone—many families were facing the same heartbreaking dilemma. Determined to find a better way, we created Perro Air: a safer, more compassionate, and more accessible shared travel solution for pets and their people.
Since then, Perro Air has grown into a trusted travel consultant for families journeying to and from Central America and the Caribbean. What began as a necessity has become our labor of love.
