Perro Air, LLC is a travel advisor and air charter broker. We do not own or operate aircraft.
All flights are conducted by certified direct air carriers under FAA Part 135, 121, or 129, or applicable foreign aviation authorities.
Dogs must be freshly washed and brushed before boarding.
One 30 lb (14 kg) carry-on and one personal item per passenger is allowed.
Aggressive or reactive dogs cannot be accommodated.
All male dogs must be neutered unless written exception is provided.
Valid ID is required to board.
Travelers are responsible for securing proper travel documents and customs clearance for themselves and their pets.
No refunds for missed flights due to non-compliance.
Pet owners/chaperones are responsible for cleaning up any messes. Charges incurred by Perro Air due to damage or odor will be passed along.
