Pets are welcome on this departure. Acceptance is subject to the operating carrier’s own pet policy, including size, carrier and documentation requirements. Perro Air does not guarantee acceptance.

Dogs must be freshly washed and brushed before shared or private air travel.

Dogs must sit on a blanket provided by the client. Cats must remain in carrier for the duration of the flight.

All dog weights must be accurate at the time of booking. Any variance between reported and actual weight may result in additional charges, changes to aircraft selection, or denial of flight services if safety or capacity limits are exceeded. We charter the appropriate aircraft based on total passenger weight.

Aggressive or reactive dogs may not fly, and no refunds for missed flights will be given. Dogs who have ever bitten a person or another dog cannot be accommodated. Excessively barking dogs will not be allowed to fly.

All male dogs must be neutered, no exceptions without written consent.

Pet guardians are responsible for cleaning up any mess left by their pet(s) during the flight or at the airport. If Perro Air is charged by the operator for additional cleaning or damage, those costs will be passed along to the guardian.

These requirements do not apply to a qualified service animal. The operating carrier may still require applicable documentation and may assess an individual animal for disruptive or threatening behaviour.

For all Panama travelers: A professional pet immigration specialist is required. All paperwork must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the flight. Perro Air will provide a list of recommended specialists.

Perro Air LLC is not responsible for any passenger being denied entry into the destination country. All passengers are responsible for their own customs paperwork for humans and pets.

The aircraft is subject to the owner's approval and availability at the time of booking and further confirmation by Perro Air.

Payment in full is due 45 days before the scheduled charter flight.

Proper passport identification will be required to board any aircraft.
